Globers is a cultural association from Roda de Berá that works within the European framework - Erasmus +.

Our organization was informally founded in 2012 by a group of teachers and trainers. Throughout the years we have led different projects at the international level based on non-formal education, cinema and culture (La Tribu 2.0). Our trips and International work has helped us to meet many international entities and consider the possibility of carrying out Erasmus + projects in our region.

We decided to legalize our organization in 2018 and transform it into a cultural organization. The ideology that unites us is to promote solidarity and tolerance to promote social cohesion. We believe that the exchange of experiences between young people of different cultures, nationalities and different origins, enriches the mentality of young people and gives them a better opportunity to develop themselves and our society, which will lead to the development of our countries and a 'global' society - that's why we call ourselves 'Globers'.

Globers contributes to creating long-term links between different people and organizations. Our NGO promotes the concepts of development, inclusion and importance of the culture of volunteering. We also promote solidarity and tolerance to foster social cohesion and cooperation between the different EU countries. The institution focuses on the development of institutional capacities for individuals and institutions through training programs, conferences, workshops, as well as the creation of alliances with other regional and international institutions, providing a platform for the exchange of experiences.
